Wedding
Included in the
Gold, Silver and Bronze Menu's and the Diamond
and Ruby Smorgasbords are the following:
Home Made
Savouries and Hors D'oeuvres on Arrival
Bread Rolls, Tea
and Coffee, Cheese and Fruit Platter, After
Dinner Mint Tray.
All main courses
are served with fresh vegetables of the season.
The Bridal party
may have their choice from each course of the
selected menu. These choices should be given at
the same time as the menu. For all other guests
the meal will be served alternately.
Special diets can
be catered for if advised at the time of
selecting menu's.
