Bookings and
Cancellations
A $660 booking
fee is required at the time of booking to secure
your reservation. A booking will be held for one
week only without the fee being paid. $330 of
the booking fee will be credited to the final
account. The remaining$330 will be held over as
bond until after the wedding and will then be
refunded provided everything is left in order.
Any cancellation,
postponement or transfer of dates must be
advised in writing. Upon receipt of written
cancellation a refund of $330 will be forwarded
to you and $330 will be credited to Kantara
House. However if the cancellation occurs within
six months of the date of the wedding the total
booking fee of $660 will be credited to Kantara
House.
Any wedding
transferred or postponed shall incur a transfer
fee of $330 unless the original date is rebooked
for another wedding. If the transferred or
postponed wedding is subsequently cancelled, the
date originally set for the wedding is the one
used to determine eligibility for refund.
