Bookings and
Confirmation
A booking fee /
security bond of $550.00 must be paid within 5
days to secure your reservation. Confirmation
cannot be guaranteed unless your booking fee has
been paid. A further 30% deposit is required
within 30 days or your reservation will be
cancelled. A cancellation fee of $150.00 will be
retained by The Woodport Inn.
Balance of
payment is due no later than 30 days prior to
the function. For your convenience The Woodport
Inn is also happy to except any payments you
wish to make in the interim period before the
function.
All prices are
subject to periodic review.
